S fits 2-4(6): 12", up to a 27"/28" waist, 36" long without the 4" band *** it's also fine for my 28" waist, but fits tight!
M fits 6-(8): 13", up to a 30" waist
L fits 8-(10): 14", up to a 32"/33"
XL fits 10-(12):
2XL fits 12-(14)
3XL fits 14-(16): 17", up to a 40" waist
3XL fits 16W-18W (a true 2XL) 17", 37½" long without the 4" band
The finished length depends on the size and color I used for the dyeing.
Measured without the Band: 36"-38"
