The Bib part of the crocheted hemp base is stitched with pretty lapis and sea sediment beads, and small red glass beads. (I used a thin nylon thread for the tiny holes). The Edge is embellished with larger Cowrie Shells. Ties with strings, adjustable.
I do design and make these, and they take a lot of time!
The decorated bib center is 13" long and 1" wide. The Cowrie shells are 1" long - The ties are finished with a small Cowrie shell and are 17" long.
If this piece sells at my festivals, I may or may not be able to make another one!
