There are TWO different Necklace Styles listed here!
They are gorgeous and unique on their own, but make a very strong boho statement worn together!
Both Necklaces are my original designs (in technique at least), created after researching all the amazing shell jewelry posts on Pinterest!
I am a crocheter (among many other craft techniques), and these pieces are done by using hemp cords and crochet.
- COWRIE SHELL ADJUSTABLE NECKLACE with a LARGE REEF FRAGMENT
This is a one-of-a-kind piece since this is the only shell pendant I have like this - a rare find from my island vacation.
Crocheted with 7-7 Cowrie Shells, real leather extra long ties, measuring 20" - the hemp-shell part is 8½" long.
-COWRIE SHELLS CHOKER
Crocheted with 44 Shells, it can be worn as a choker or a bit longer necklace. This piece here has enough bigger Cowrie shells to go around your neck - measuring 13". The 12" long ties are finished off with 1-1 smaller Shells.
