VENUS Necklace, Pearl in Shell on Handmade Rope

A simple Statement Necklace or Choker:
I crocheted a rope with a loop-knob closure and added the natural big shell pendant with a freshwater pearl.
The shell is 3½" across and 3" in height.
It takes a long time to make the rope - zoom in to see how intricate it is! I also drilled the hole in the shell.
This necklace pictured is 18" long, but I'll be happy to make a shorter one for you!

IMPORTANT!
Although I have many of these shells, they all look different. I think this is the prettiest, but most of them have an allover even mauve color.
