Refashioned Eddie Bauer Sweater in Tie Dye

Sweaters are hard because as soon as you wash them, they end up much smaller than labeled!
Lucky for me, I can always do something with them, like this cutie here!
The rusty-colored piece was dyed over with Navy & Brown colors.
It was made by the Eddie Bauer Company; a soft medium weight knit 55% cotton - 45% linen yarn cardigan sweater with a one-button closure in the middle - Let me assume that the ribbed waist was actually sitting at the waistline, but now after the shrinkage, it is more like an empire waist. Still super cute!
OK, never mind that it was a large, but now it fits only an XS-S.
I am the model for this; I am usually an s/m, 34-28-36.
At this point, feel free to machine wash & dry it - that's what I did, but of course, hand washing & drying will prolong the quality.
