RARE LARGE MOON SHELLS - measuring a bit over an inch!
First I crocheted the hemp base of this design, then I added the large Moon shell, combined with the about 8mm Puka Shell beads.
I have 5 Puka Shells at both ends and 7 Moon Shells with Puka shells in between. The piece measures 40" from tie end to tie end, which are finished with 1-1 Puka shells.
This decorative design has 25 shells in total.
Always consider that any design takes time to imagine, design, test, and re-do before it's perfect!
This is a READY-to-ship necklace, I might have more large Moon shells to make another one - I'm also selling my work at craft shows & festivals, from May through October!
